Bo Zhu, CPA, MBT

Started his journey in public accounting back in 2010, Bo made his career mission to help anyone who need guidance on tax and accounting issues.

Previously employed by a large local firm near downtown LA, Bo worked with hundreds of business and individual clients, managing large franchisee accounts such as Jack in the Box, El Pollo Loco, Sonics, which operate both inside and outside of California. During his professional career, Bo has worked on consolidated corporate tax returns, QSUB structuring, tax audit representation, multi-state tax returns, restaurant valuation, and real estate transactions with 1031 exchanges.

Helen Lo, MBA

Helen enjoys working with clients and solving problems. She graduated from University of Southern California with accounting degree and worked for Disney in Glendale-CA. After starting her family, work-life balance became important to her. She brings us the experience of corporate accounting.
